    This short course covers all of the most important aspects of email writing so you can write crisp, professional emails. The course topics are as follows:

    • Vocabulary including keywords and language
    • The importance of the subject line and how to create them
    • What are openers? How to create a good opener
    • The body. This section contains the most important parts of your email
    • Common mistakes and how to avoid them
    • Making your emails easier to read: Clarity and brevity
    • Formal versus Casual; looking at the differences
    • Cliches: how to avoid them and when to use them
    • Punctuation: what to use and what not to use and why

    On completion of this course you will be able to create easy to read professional emails.
